Description Position Summary: The Sales and Pricing Analyst works directly with the Finance and Sales teams to perform analysis, data modeling, strategic planning, and category performance assessments. This role will also work closely with the Brand Management team to monitor internal pricing structures, discount programs, supplier discount agreements, and any other information pertaining to pricing topics across all markets. What You’ll Do: Manage and assist with various data mining and data consolidation projects pertaining to sales trends across various segments of the industry, including market types, brands, packages, and account classes Develop and compose presentation materials aimed at both internal and external stakeholders, including advanced data modeling and PowerPoint utilization Assist the sales department with sales reporting and market trend analysis to help create and track important market KPIs. Collaborate with other departments to provide meaningful insights into industry and/or internal sales trends Conduct and maintain advanced heat mapping projects Analyze pricing and discounts to represent supplier/distributor collaborated pricing actions Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy on all price letters and other published promotional calendars, including all discounts available to retailers Analyze all price changes and change requests, whether supplier or distributor based Assist in profit margin analysis and creation of profit and revenue modeling Manage and track new item set-up process, assist in new item reviews, and oversee creation of new items Assist in SKU management and identify underperforming products and help to target SKUs for deletion Perform other duties and projects as assigned What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in Business or related field Minimum 2 years in an analyst or sales role; beverage industry experience, a plus Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills Intermediate computer knowledge in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point Must have a cell phone with data capability Occasional, in person travel within the service territories of Silver Eagle required A valid Texas Driver’s License, preferred Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements The Physical Requirements: This role requires full-time, in-office attendance; remote or work from home options are not available In person travel within the service territories of Silver Eagle required Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus) This is largely a sedentary role; however, light to medium work exerting up to 25 pounds of force to move objects may occasionally be required This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment Work hours will vary daily due to business needs The Perks: Competitive compensation with access to on-demand pay A full range of benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with a company match Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement program Career development training On-site gym facilities Free beer and beverage gifts throughout the year Pre-Employment Screening: Drug test and background screen required All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
