Introduction
For Shimano Europe we’re looking for an experienced and analytical Sales Coordinator.
In this role you will interact with our local Shimano Sales Offices who are in direct contact with our (B2B) customers. Your main responsibilities will be to monitor and further professionalize our sales processes and conditions throughout the European Bike offices.
As expert you will be gathering sales information (e.g. warranty-, shipping-, payment terms conditions) from these local sales offices. With this information you will be proposing an approach to further unify these conditions into one European sales conditions framework.
After the implementation of the new, unified and standardized framework, you will be the owner of this framework and gather market and business feedback for further improvements.
As part of the Sales Coordination Team, you will be working closely with the Pricing Team, whose main focus is on trade terms and price management, market price monitor and pricing reports.
