Description Sales Production Assistant Location: Pilson Ford Overview Pilson Ford is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Production Assistant to support a top-performing Sales Consultant. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, coachable, and driven to grow in the automotive industry. You’ll play a key role in improving productivity and delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Do Support the Sales Consultant with daily tasks, appointments, and customer follow-up Manage leads and maintain CRM activity Assist with deal paperwork and sales process coordination Help prepare and deliver vehicles to customers Ensure customers understand vehicle features, warranty, and next steps Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction Assist with showroom traffic, test drives, and customer flow What We’re Looking For Energetic, positive attitude Self-motivated and proactive Coachable and easy to work with Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service or sales experience preferred Growth Opportunity This position is designed as a career path into a full Sales Consultant role.
