As a Sales & Production Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience while supporting our mission by preparing and presenting merchandise on the sales floor. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Do In this role, you will contribute to both the customer experience and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the store running smoothly. Provide friendly and helpful customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and purchases Operate the cash register and POS system accurately Sort, organize, and prepare donated merchandise for the sales floor Help keep racks and displays organized, attractive, and easy to shop Maintain stock rotation and ensure merchandise is replenished as needed Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency Keep the processing and sales areas clean, safe, and well-organized Follow merchandising standards, including display maintenance, sizing, color coordination, and product classification Support store operations with additional tasks as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Ability to work well with team members and customers Attention to organization and detail Responsible use of equipment, inventory, and store resources Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Why Work With Us At Planet Aid, your work supports a larger mission.
