WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Manufacturing, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with invoicing and basic bookkeeping is preferred
• Ability to work independently , prioritise multiple tasks, and follow established processes without exceptions
• Prior experience in sales admin, operations support, or production coordination is an advantage

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales & Production Coordinator who takes pride in accuracy, structure, and ownership of tasks. This role is key to ensuring smooth order fulfilment, billing, and production documentation in a lean and fast-moving environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare Delivery Notes (DN) and invoices with accuracy
• Arrange couriers/forwarders for local and overseas shipments
• Track customer payments and update Statements of Account (SOA)
• Issue and track Work Orders (WOs) for production jobs
• Update job status in ERP/Excel, including scrap and completion data
• Prepare Certificates of Conformance (COC) and maintain filing discipline
• Liaise across Sales, Production, and QC to ensure on-time deliveries
