Responsibilities

· Do what it takes to maintain an exceptional level of product knowledge.
· Sell and promote Product Protection Plans.
· Properly greet and qualify customers.
· Continually be in contact with the customers to pre-empt any foreseeable issues that may arise.
· Follow-up on customer quote sheets.
· Assist in making sure all merchandise is presented in a clean and attractive setting and help make sure there are no incorrect pricing, product displays or empty spaces.
· Answer the company telephone according to company policy.
· Be an active participant in creating content the store uses to help drive marketing initiatives.
· Communicate clearly, so that everyone knows what is expected with regards to each sale.
