Description:
The Sales Professional is primarily responsible for the acquisition of new accounts. The duties of this position include telemarketing, personal cold calling, follow-up, preparation and presentation of proposals, and appropriate record keeping and tracking.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of expert cleaning & maintenance techniques
Ability to win the confidence of prospects
Ability to keep detailed and accurate records of the sales process
Ability to close on high percentage of proposal presentation
Responsibilities:
- Locate sources of leads for prospective new clients.
- Identify prospects in the market area.
- Conduct or supervise telemarketing efforts in an effort to schedule appointments for making presentations.
- Complete in-person cold calls.
- Plan and conduct direct mail campaigns.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Follow up on all leads according to prescribed OMEX methods.
- Maintain high ratio of closes.
