Responsibilities
  • Engage in daily lead generation activities to foster consistent success.
  • Regularly update and manage your CRM database.
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each week.
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
  • Enhance your conversational skills daily to meet team standards and convert appointments.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly team events as per team guidelines.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls to boost your mindset.
  • Conduct buyer consultations, secure signed buyer agreements, and actively search for homes that meet clients’ needs.
  • Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
  • Monitor and report your activities using advanced CRM technology to track your progress and performance.
  • Preview homes regularly to gain insights into home values and understand local market data.
