What You'll Do Welcome customers and build lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service. Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits through presentations and test drives. Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction. Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and dealership-provided tools. Maintain accurate customer records and communication through our CRM system. Work closely with sales management, finance, and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training. Requirements Job Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES) High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year relevant sales or customer service experience Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous work experience working directly with the public, selling or influencing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and communicating with persons outside the organization via phone, face-to-face, email and/or social media.
