We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and help us continue to grow our diverse business offerings.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales across our various services and products. You will assist customers in selecting the right detailing products, booking detailing services, and promoting our commercial janitorial and home cleaning services. Additionally, you will help promote our detailing school and educate customers on the benefits of professional detailing. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the right detailing products for their needs.
- Answer inquiries about auto detailing, commercial janitorial, home cleaning services, and detailing school programs.
2. Sales and Upselling:
- Promote and sell detailing services, cleaning services, and retail products.
- Upsell additional services and products to maximize revenue.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
3. Service Booking and Coordination:
- Schedule auto detailing, janitorial, and home cleaning appointments.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest detailing products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on product usage and benefits.
5. Promotions and Marketing:
- Assist in promoting special offers, discounts, and events.
- Help market the detailing school and encourage enrollments.
6. Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the retail store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
7. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the detailing, janitorial, and school teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cars, cleaning, or the detailing industry is a bonus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to learn about detailing products, services, and techniques.

- Full drivers license (G) and motorcycle license (M) is a plus.
