Description Midway Motors Auto Group is looking for a motivated Sales Professional who enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through a smooth purchase or lease process. Key Responsibilities · Greet customers and build strong, trust-based relationships · Identify customer needs and recommend new or pre-owned vehicles · Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and financing or lease terms · Conduct test drives and follow dealership procedures · Prepare and complete all required sales documentation · Work closely with Sales Managers and F&I to finalize deals · Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand features, warranties, and next steps · Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and request referrals · Prospect for new customers and manage follow-up using dealership systems · Stay current on product knowledge, compliance, and sales training Additional Expectations · Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace · Support showroom and lot presentation · Participate in team meetings and training · Mentor new team members as needed Requirements Job Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES) High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year relevant sales or customer service experience Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous work experience working directly with the public, selling or influencing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and communicating with persons outside the organization via phone, face-to-face, email and/or social media.
