Responsibilities: Learn features and benefits of the products we carry, with the ability to share that knowledge with our clients. Greet clients, discover their wants and needs for their home, engage them with merchandise options - including features and benefits, and provide exceptional client service during and post-sale. Assist clients in designing spaces they'll absolutely love. Participate energetically in events and promotion opportunities for our clients. Organize and maintain an aspirational merchandise appearance in the showroom. Contribute positively to the sales goals of the Team. Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment. Available 40 hours/week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and holidays to accommodate client shopping traffic. The average annual income is $40,000 - $60,000. $18.00 an hour guaranteed - plus additional commissions, bonuses & incentive opportunities. Responsibilities
