Sales Professional | Warrnambool, VIC
Permanent Part-Time (2 days per week – ideally including Mondays)
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a talent for building relationships and guiding customers through significant life decisions? Levande is seeking a dynamic part-time Sales Professional to join our team at Gillin Park, our thriving retirement living community in Warrnambool.
In this role, you’ll support prospective residents and their families as they transition into the Levande community. Your consultative sales expertise and commitment to exceptional service will directly contribute to increasing occupancy and enriching the lives of older Australians in the region.
Our preference is for someone available to work five hours per day, two days per week, with Mondays preferred. However, we’re open to flexibility for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, positioning Levande as the preferred choice
  • Achieve sales targets by guiding prospects from enquiry through to settlement
  • Represent Levande with professionalism and integrity within the local community
  • Stay across local market trends and competitor activity in the Warrnambool region

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in face-to-face sales (retirement living, real estate, or similar preferred)
  • Proven ability to convert leads into successful outcomes through ethical sales practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer focus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying connected to a national sales team
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)

Desirable Experience (Not essential, but valued)

  • Background in retirement living or residential property sales
  • Experience in financial services, business development, or high-value consumer sales
