Your Role: The Growth Engine of the Branch As a Sales Professional, you are the front line of growth for your branch. You will work directly under the Branch Manager and alongside Operations to drive new customer acquisition and fuel the success of the entire team. What You’ll Own (and Dominate): Run set inspection appointments with existing customers to uncover upsell opportunities. Generate new business through door-to-door sales and local prospecting Educate customers on our services and close high-quality accounts Represent the ProForce brand with professionalism and confidence Work closely with your Branch Manager and Service Team to ensure a smooth customer experience Set appointments, follow up, and manage your pipeline effectively Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services Help drive momentum in new and existing markets. Responsibilities

The Sales Professional is responsible for driving new customer acquisition through door-to-door sales and local prospecting. They will also manage inspection appointments, upsell services, and maintain a strong pipeline to meet sales targets.
