We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Multi-Skilled Customer Experience associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while also supporting sales initiatives. Your ability to engage with customers across multiple channels will be key to enhancing their experience and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Customer Support: Provide outstanding service via phone, email, chat, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Sales Support: Identify customer needs and upsell products or services when appropriate, contributing to the overall sales goals of the organisation.
  • Cross-Training: Maintain flexibility by being trained in various departments or functions, ensuring seamless support across teams as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilise strong analytical skills to assess customer situations and provide effective solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers and promote sales.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and sales strategies.
