YOU BRING ALONG:

  • You have completed a commercial training (e.g. as wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or office management clerk) and already gained first experience in a similar position.
  • Your strengths include good organizational skills, analytical and critical thinking, the ability to set priorities, and an eye for detail.
  • A good command of English written and spoken helps you in the daily communication within our international business. Any other language knowledge is an asset.
  • You are experienced in using the most popular MS Office programs (especially Excel) and are familiar with using an ERP system (preferably with Business Central).
  • Besides, you are open-minded and communicative and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • You are the first point of contact for our internal and external sales teams and support them via phone or email with their questions regarding sales administration and document preparation.
  • An important task in this role will be the creation of reports and statistics as well as maintaining the flow of information between different stakeholders within the company through our BIM system and Internal Newsletter.
  • You will set up sales programs in Business Central, inform colleagues about new sales processes and coordinate training for different teams and newcomers to the organization.
  • You manage the communication between the Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing departments to ensure the proper flow of information regarding sales programs and promotions.
  • Planning, creating and promoting our sales programs as well as ensuring that these are well received by our customers is part of your daily business.
  • Additionally, you support our Sales Manager for Europe by updating access in our Business Information Management portal.
