JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Project Manager, you will develop and implement systems to measure and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business.
  • Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Min 5+ years of experience in a revenue-focused role, including at Min 3+ years in management or team leadership, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive, able to multitask effectively in dynamic settings while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and partnering with other teams to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRM tools, with the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with a focus on building trust and motivating direct reports.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a solutions-oriented approach, with a genuine passion for customer experience and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and track team goals in partnership with clients and analytics.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to drive performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market data to provide insights that enhance client performance and drive results.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, forecasting, trends, blockers, and opportunities.
  • Ensure staffing optimization through strategic hiring, retention, and performance management.

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to adapt strategies to market needs and scale the program.
