JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Project Manager, you will develop and implement systems to measure and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business.
- Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Min 5+ years of experience in a revenue-focused role, including at Min 3+ years in management or team leadership, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive, able to multitask effectively in dynamic settings while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and partnering with other teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRM tools, with the ability to analyze sales data to drive performance.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with a focus on building trust and motivating direct reports.
- Strong sales aptitude and a solutions-oriented approach, with a genuine passion for customer experience and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Set and track team goals in partnership with clients and analytics.
