Job Description --- As a Sales Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role on the Sales Programs team by developing, optimizing, and executing strategic programs that simplify execution, streamline operations, and directly drive key growth areas including Postpaid Voice, Fiber, Accessories, and AIA. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, lead program design and implementation, and serve as a key liaison with vendor partners to manage and enhance reward programs. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong executional mindset, capable of managing complex initiatives while ensuring measurable results across national sales channels. --- Key Responsibilities: · Design and manage sales programs that support company objectives in core growth categories (Postpaid Voice, Fiber, Accessories, and AIA). · Translate high-level growth strategies into actionable, scalable initiatives that are easy for frontline teams to adopt and execute. · Partner with sales leadership, training, operations, and field teams to ensure programs are aligned with frontline realities and business needs. · Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned programs, ensuring alignment between program design and execution across all channels. · Develop, manage, and optimize third-party vendor reward and incentive programs. · Monitor vendor program performance, provide regular reporting, and identify opportunities for growth or refinement. · Simplify and standardize processes across programs to ensure ease of use and reduced friction for field teams. · Evaluate program effectiveness through analytics and field feedback; iterate as necessary for continuous improvement. ---   Qualifications Qualifications: Required: · Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred · 3–5+ years of experience in sales or a related field · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
