We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Programme Coordinator to join our UK & Ireland Sales Team. This role is all about driving sales success! You’ll be coordinating exciting sales programs, tracking progress, and making sure the sales team has everything they need to thrive—whether that’s the right tools, resources, or support. You’ll work closely with different departments, monitor key metrics, and play a key part in ensuring the success of our sales initiatives. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS DYNAMIC TEAM MEMBER:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Events:


    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan, support, and execute both internal and external meetings, congresses, and events, ensuring smooth operations and maximum impact.

    • Work closely with our HCP faculty, managing their contracts for promotional services—ensuring compliance, accurate tracking, and alignment with the budget.
    • Execute promotional activities in partnership with marketing and sales teams, liaising with congress and marketing agencies, all while adhering to compliance guidelines.
    • Finance Support:


      • Handle vendor management, create purchase orders (POs), and track payments and budgets to ensure smooth financial operations.

      • Oversee payment tracking for UK activities, including KOLs, congresses, agencies, and other related costs.
      • Materials:


        • Manage marketing assets alongside the marketing team to ensure consistency and accessibility of materials.

        • Support Paperflite management, ensuring timely updates and accurate distribution of materials.
        • Assist with media planning and PR efforts by providing relevant support tasks to help promote the brand.
        • Collaborate with compliance to ensure materials are approved and processed within suitable timelines.
        • Other Responsibilities:


          • Ensure both personal and company compliance with all internal policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards.

          • Take on ad-hoc project requests and additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
          • Strive to meet or exceed established performance metrics, continuously contributing to team goals and success.
