To realise this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs - at all levels from tactical to strategic. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem.

DESCRIPTION

As part of the EMEIA Business team, the EMEIA Small Business Program Manager will work collaboratively with cross functional teams and other key stakeholders (such as Small Business Leads, Account Executives, Sales Finance, Apple Financial Services, Sales Planing and Operations , Field Marketing and Marcom) to drive execution of Small Business sales programs, aligned to the Apple strategy and driving growth within identified Routes to Market and Partners. Key responsibilities: • Working closely with Small Business Leads and Account Executives to ensure execution of Small Business Programs Blueprint assessments across key Apple Premium Partner and Retail partners. • Leading the deployment of new initiatives and solutions targeting Small Business customers • Ensuring consistent implementation and adoption of Small Business Playbooks. • Developing tools to manage Small Business Program execution in key areas such as Enablement, Merchandising, Digital and Marketing Campaigns (such as Small Business enablement progress within Apple Professional Academy, SMB Visual Merchandising, Marketing campaigns, Digital, etc). • Supporting business development: Partnering with regional teams and other key stakeholders to identify new opportunities to develop and improve programs that drive small business sales growth. • Fostering best practice sharing and innovation through community calls, workshop creation and ongoing development of sales initiatives, playbooks and other activities, identifying and gathering relevant case studies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant commercial experience in working with retailers or other channel partners
  • Experience operating and influencing within a multinational organisation
  • Experience leading Channel Sales Programs; or similar experience having managed programs or projects for businesses, that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customer, reseller and partner demand for the future.
