ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Sales Progression Manager to oversee the property sales process from offer agreed through to exchange and completion. This is a pivotal role that ensures all parties remain informed, on track, and motivated throughout the sales journey.
You will act as the central point of contact for buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders, expertly managing the chain and ensuring transactions proceed efficiently and smoothly.
This role offers flexibility to work remotely or on a hybrid basis, and can be structured as self-employed or part-time employment, depending on your preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage property sales from offer agreed to completion
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, agents, and all parties within the chain
  • Proactively monitor progress and anticipate potential delays or issues
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and confidence
  • Chase documentation, contracts, and milestones to keep timelines on track
  • Handle negotiations, conflict resolution, and queries with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and progress
