We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Full Time Sales Progressor to join our busy team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of residential sales process and/or conveyancing process
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Oversee and manage the entire sales process from offer acceptance to completion.
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process, such as legal complications, survey-related concerns, or financing issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
