Do you have some experiences in property sales and enjoy problem solving and customer interaction? We’re looking for someone proactive and motivated to join our Residential Sales team helping our customers to move into their dream home.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our experienced team of eight within a leading Letting and Estate Agency, based at our flagship Reading office, and part of a wider team across encompassing Michael Hardy Estate Agents in Wokingham and Crowthorne and Foxtons in London.

Responsibilities

Administration

  • Arrange professional photography appointments
  • Produce property brochures
  • Maintain property portal listings
  • Produce and deliver all sales paperwork such as instruction letters, terms of business, sales memos, invoices
  • Ensure all compliance and AML paperwork is carried out within company policy and legal frameworks

Sales Progression

  • Oversee the full sales progression process and related chains
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with sellers, buyers, solicitors, mortgage lenders, estate agents, surveyors and other parties or professionals involved in the transaction
  • Coordinate timelines and resolve issues
  • Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain the pipeline of properties with sales agreed and assist in forecasting monthly exchanges
  • Recommend trusted partners as appropriate, such as recommended surveyors or removal companies
  • Ensure a good link between other departments and offices to offer other services, such as offering our Lettings services to investor buyers
