SALES PROGRESSOR

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
£25,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £27,000 annually if monthly bonus targets are achieved.

We are a leading, independent multi branch Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive and reputable business covering the Warwickshire and Midlands area. We are looking for an Estate Agency Sales Progressor or Conveyancer to join our team in Leamington Spa.
Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing the sales process through to a smooth completion. As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Estate Agent Sales Progressor or Conveyancing experience.
· You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
· A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
· A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

· Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
· Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors.
· Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase.
· Providing full support to our Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently.
· Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
· Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
· Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
· Maintaining good relationship with new business introducers.
· Guiding clients with the initial first steps of their move.
· Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
· Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
· Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required.
