EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous Experience: Experience in a Sales Progressor role within an Estate Agency environment is preferred. However, if you are a keen problem solver with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside proficiency with IT (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progression of sales from memorandum to exchange and completion. You will work closely with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and developers to deliver an exceptional service experience and keep clients up-to-date with the progress of their sale.

MAIN PURPOSE/SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

  • Client and Vendor Communication: Work closely with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure that sales progress efficiently, addressing any issues or delays in a timely manner.
  • Weekly Reporting: Compile and maintain weekly Excel reports with updates that accurately reflect the status and progression of each sale.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales progression pipeline, identifying potential issues and addressing them promptly to avoid delays.
  • Forecasting: Conduct weekly and monthly pipeline reviews to predict expected exchanges and proactively manage progress.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents to obtain updates and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
