Responsibilities

ROLE:

Join Conveyo and play a key role in delivering a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout the property transaction journey. In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for managing and progressing property transactions, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all parties involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of 30-100 property instructions per month
  • Oversee the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to exchange and completion
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors, providing regular updates and proactive communication
  • Coordinate with all parties to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the sales process
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and meet targets for exchange and completion dates
