OVERVIEW;

We are seeking to appoint a driven and experienced sales person to join our team. With a proven experience of Sales within plastics, Moulding and or packaging,
The successful applicant will provide drive and experience of sales activity and techniques, mapping out sales process, delivering exceptional customer service and upselling to our customer base. responsible for generating leads, converting leads, servicing existing customers, Providing customer service and increasing sales through a comprehensive list of loyal customers.
You must be able to work conscientiously on your own and in wider sales and office team environment.
Anyone that may not have the experience required above, but does want to step up or bring relevant sales experience and has the drive and desire to succeed in sales, please also carry on reading as we are happy to accept applications from alternative sales backgrounds.
The ideal location will be the North of England.

SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED;

· Excellent communication both verbal and written
· Enthusiasm for sales
· Comfortable and enthusiastic phone manner
· Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Exceptional customer service understanding and approach

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Experience in sales and lead generation.
· Customer service experience
· General knowledge of manufacturing, Plastic and/or packaging

Responsibilities

· Maintain and update project tracker
· Sales and marketing development
· Customer service and telephone contacts
· Support and structure content online.
· Revisit customer accounts to upsell.
· Build relationships between the business and its customers
· Find key decision makers and their contact information for qualified leads
· Assist in the organizing of promotional events.
· Communicate directly with clients to encourage and enhance trusting relationships.
