We’re seeking someone who not only follows the process but takes full ownership of it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What You’ll Do: * Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, property owners, and clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. * Identify, pursue, and help secure new project opportunities, supporting business growth through relationship development, networking, and project management involvement throughout the sales cycle. * Lead projects from the initial bid phase through completion, staying accountable for project execution, customer experience, timelines, and quality standards. * Facilitate and manage change orders to ensure smooth transitions, accurate project scopes, and strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and operational coordination to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with customer expectations. * Collaborate closely with installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery. * Monitor material inventory and project logistics to maintain organized and efficient operations.
