Division: Parking Lot Asphalt Repair & Paving
Employment Type: Seasonal with strong potential to grow into year-round as project volume increases

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• CET, C.Tech, E.I.T., or equivalent construction education.
• 5+ years combined experience in asphalt/paving operations, sales, estimating, or project management.
• Hands-on paving equipment operation experience.
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
• Strong estimating, scheduling, and organizational skills.

• Sell, plan, and manage asphalt repair and paving projects up to $250K.Conduct site take-offs, develop scopes of work, and prepare proposals.
• Oversee crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage project safety, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop processes to scale larger-scope projects.
• Expand off-season services such as snow removal and parkade maintenance.
