ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Project Support Officer to join our growing solar PV team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations, covering everything from customer service and sales coordination to documentation, scheduling, and grant processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for site surveys and installations
• Support the sales team by tracking leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate CRM records
• Assist in preparing quotes and proposals in collaboration with technical staff
• Process grant and grid connection applications, ensuring all submissions are complete and compliant
• Perform routine bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and payment reconciliation
• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure that project records are up to date and audit-ready
• Maintain and update stock levels and order supplies as needed
