About the Position: The Sales Promoter is primarily responsible for generating demand in the field. This role involves selling, promoting, demonstrating, and educating end users about the features and benefits of our product portfolio through technical support and in-field demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: * Defend and protect Amvac’s market share. * Generate product demand among end users and distributors. * Promote the Amvac brand and product portfolio. * Close sales with end users. * Possess technical and market knowledge of the assigned region. * Identify and develop new market niches. * Report changes and trends within the assigned territory. * Submit Market Intelligence Reports (IIC). * Address and follow up on complaints from distributors and end users. * Review inventory levels at distributor locations. * Implement sales and marketing strategies within the area of influence. * Conduct field visits alongside distributor sales staff. * Make frequent visits to leading growers in the region to promote the use of Amvac products. * Maintain a census of key distributors, users, and technicians in the region, whether or not they are current Amvac customers.  Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements: * 0–3 years of experience in sales or demand generation. Recent graduates must demonstrate enthusiasm for fieldwork and technical advising. * Degree in Agronomy, Biotechnology Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in commercial roles, preferably with a focus on demand generation. * Knowledge of the territory (Veracruz Norte) and familiarity with end users. * Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated in carrying out duties.
