JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promoter to join our team. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for attracting new customers, demonstrating product features, providing information, and driving sales in retail outlets across UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to influence purchasing decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Promoter in an IT related products (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High energy level, confidence, and outgoing personality.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or during special events.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is a plus).

Responsibilities
  • Promote and demonstrate products to customers in retail stores and other promotional locations across UAE.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Distribute product samples, brochures, or promotional materials.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by actively persuading and closing sales.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product displays are well organized and replenished.
  • Gather customer feedback and report market trends to the sales/marketing team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.
  • Support marketing campaigns and participate in events to maximize product exposure.
