Job Objective: The client is looking to hire a smart and results-oriented Sales promoter who will serve as the brand’s frontline representative, engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales at retail outlets and activation points. The ideal candidate must be energetic, customer-focused, and skilled at influencing buying decisions. Key Responsibilities: § Engage potential customers and promote assigned products. § Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information to buyers. § Drive sales by clearly articulating product value and benefits. § Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. § Set up promotional displays and maintain adequate stock levels. § Collect customer feedback and report market insights. Requirements • OND with 2–3 years’ experience in sales promotion or merchandising. • Strong communication and customer engagement skills. • Positive attitude and proven ability to meet targets. • Outgoing, confident, and able to work both independently and in a team. • Passion for retail engagement and brand representation.
