REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in promoting personal electronic equipment in retail or showroom environments.
  • Strong product knowledge of personal electronic appliances.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during promotional events.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience working with premium electronics brands.
  • Basic technical knowledge of electronic devices and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Actively promote and demonstrate personal electronic appliances (e.g., hairdryers, trimmers, vacuum cleaners) to walk-in customers.
  • Understand product features, usage, and benefits to explain and upsell to customers.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display at the counter or kiosk.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales supervisor or marketing team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and working condition of demo units and display counters.
  • Provide post-sale product usage guidance when required.
  • Attend regular training sessions on new products and selling techniques.
