APD Pharma Singapore is a trusted healthcare partner, bringing quality nutritional and pharmaceutical products to the community. We are expanding our in-store presence and seeking enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Promoters to represent our brands at FairPrice and Unity outlets .

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or promoter experience (FMCG/healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, energetic, and customer-focused.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our products in-store — engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring excellent product visibility. You will work closely with store teams and merchandisers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and explain product benefits to customers at assigned outlets.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are always stocked.
• Track and report customer feedback, sales, and market trends.
• Work closely with merchandisers and store supervisors to execute promotions.
