JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and well-connected Sales & Promotions Manager to lead our venue’s sales initiatives, with a strong focus on event bookings, VIP services, and promotional strategies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about nightlife, understands club culture, and has a pulse on the local social scene.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales, event planning, and promotions — and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be responsible for generating revenue through private bookings, promoting weekly events, securing high-value clients, and coordinating with DJs, promoters, and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience in nightlife, hospitality sales, event planning, or entertainment promotion.
  • Strong network within the local nightlife, entertainment, or influencer scene.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Passionate about music, nightlife, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive VIP table sales, private event bookings, and corporate rentals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoters, DJs, talent agents, and vendors.
  • Manage the booking calendar and coordinate with internal staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
