Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales/Purchase Coordinator to support our sales and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking all customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment from quotation to delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Tally and Excel.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a similar sales/purchase coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination is a plus.
