YOUR MISSION

Location : Dundrum, Dublin
Schedule : 3 days in the office , 2 days remote. Rotating Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday 8am -8pm ( 2 shift Cycles 9.30 – 5.30 & 11am – 8pm )

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in a customer support, administrative, or sales support role
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Confident communicator able to work with both internal teams and field-based colleagues
  • Previous experience in the utilities sector is highly valued

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised sales quality support agent to support our Field Sales function. This role is central to maintaining the accuracy, quality, and compliance of our sales process by conducting post-call quality checks
You will be responsible for reviewing sales calls, maintaining CRM records, and working closely with the Account Manager and Field Sales Manager to ensure a smooth and compliant sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct post-call quality checks on sales calls, ensuring compliance with scripts, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Support the Field Sales Manager with administrative tasks including reporting, follow-ups,
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data within the CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and flag any trends, discrepancies, or concerns to the relevant managers
  • Assist with general back-office administrative duties related to the sales process
