SALES AND QUOTATION ENGINEER (F/M/X - FULLTIME)
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales & Quotation Engineer to drive innovative solutions for customer projects on a global scale. This role combines electro-technical expertise with customer-centric strategies, supporting the global sales team and ensuring project success from conception to execution.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electro-mechanical or electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years in sales engineering, project management, or a comparable role.
- Proven experience in cost estimation, project management, or related roles is a plus.
- Strong electro-technical acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into viable engineering solutions.
- Ability to identify customer needs, consult global sales teams, build relationships, and translate opportunities into successful business outcomes.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in project calculation and cost estimation.
- Proficient in electro-technical concepts and applications, with the ability to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions effectively.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with sales processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and an international mindset, capable of navigating global projects.
- Language Skills:
- Excellent English language skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in French and/or other languages will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers & global sales teams to understand and define technical requirements, ensuring solutions align with their needs.
- Develop and guide technical solutions for customer projects , working closely with application engineering teams to ensure feasibility and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed and accurate project cost-price calculations for global proposals.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and technical teams , facilitating smooth communication and ensuring technical requirements are met.
- Support global sales teams in customer discussions by presenting technical concepts and solutions.
- Contribute to product improvement and development initiatives by providing technical insights and feedback based on customer needs and market trends.
