Success in this role will rely on your approach to engaging a diverse range of people and a focus on quality service delivery into a highly competitive market. You don’t need to have working experience in our CRM, we provide full training!
You will ideally have experience within the building industry, although candidates with successful backgrounds in other markets such as service-based industries are also encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with an engaging, friendly personality and a professional phone manner. You will be a problem solver who has a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Generation of quotes and following up with clients once received.
  • Implement procedures to ensure the timely execution of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through Salesforce.
  • Using Salesforce reports, ensure that all quotes and activities are followed up by the sales department.
  • Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
  • Process, Order & manage approved quotes.
