We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Sales & Reception Coordinator (called “Client Care Coordinator” internally) for our Langley, BC clinic. This vacancy is for a new clinic that HearCANADA will be opening and is anticipated to open early Summer 2025. The position will start asap for training and shadowing at nearby clinics until the clinic is open. This full-time, permanent opportunity onsite at our clinic and hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. This would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills looking to join a growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Help with initial set-up and marketing for the new clinic (attending networking with local businesses and healthcare establishments, participating in community events, and preparing marketing collateral drops with support from our corporate marketing and project management teams.
  • Act as the key point of contact for patients at our clinic with client-facing/front-desk responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients)
  • Perform administrative tasks (processing payments, maintaining client files, ordering supplies, receiving incoming mail and packages)
  • Educate patients on hearing device payment plans, insurance direct-billing, trial periods, and basic product questions with the goal of increasing sales and fostering loyalty to our services and products
  • Participate in ongoing HearCANADA branding and marketing initiatives to keep a strong brand-presence in our communities
  • Assist clinical team members with sanitization and equipment as directed
