Hilton Garage has a fantastic opportunity available for an excellent individual to join us as a Receptionist. This role is fantastic for someone who is confident talking to customers, working within a highly motivated team and enjoys giving fantastic customer service.

Experience:

REQUIREMENTS OF THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE

  • Experience with administration & customer service non-essential but preferred
  • MUST be confident speaking to customers on the phone
  • Should be friendly and approachable when dealing with customers on site
  • Knowledge/Experience dealing with Social Media & Marketing would also be beneficial
  • Weekend work is essential. You would work either Saturday or Sunday each week, on a rotating shift pattern.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE

Hilton Garage receives over 400 digital enquiries each day, receives 100s of phone calls and a large number of onsite visitors. You will be stationed on our reception desk in a team of 7 other Receptionist. Your daily tasks will be to deal with onsite customers and all incoming enquiries. Your basic wage will be supplemented by a very healthy commission structure based on hitting targets on creating appointments, taking reservations and other key factors. We also hold regular ‘competitions’ with financial rewards.
