• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly, providing accurate information about products, services, grooming, daycare, and boarding.
• Manage appointment bookings for grooming, spa, daycare, and boarding using the POS/booking system.
• Assist customers in selecting pet products by giving knowledgeable recommendations (food, treats, toys, accessories, grooming essentials).
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, online payments).
• Handle check-in/check-out of pets for grooming, boarding, and daycare, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring products are displayed neatly.
• Keep records of customer details, sales, and service bookings.
• Upsell and cross-sell services, promotions, and loyalty programs to boost sales.
• Assist with stock monitoring and inform the team when supplies are running low.
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints politely, escalating issues when needed.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
