Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Recovery Specialist to join our residential team. This role offers a competitive flat hourly rate plus commission opportunities, rewarding strong performance and sales results. Responsibilities Convert unsold HVAC and plumbing estimates into closed sales. Execute structured follow-up through phone, text, and email communication. Use consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and present solutions, including financing options. Drive revenue recovery through upselling, cross-selling, and membership programs. Manage and prioritize a personal sales recovery pipeline within the CRM system. Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and field teams to ensure seamless customer experience and project execution. Track and optimize performance metrics including conversion rates, average ticket size, and sales cycle time. Maintain professionalism and strong customer communication throughout the sales process. Meet performance goals while adhering to company SOPs, compliance standards, and quality expectations. Requirements 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
