Location : Remote
Duration : 04 Months
Pay Rate : $41.37/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three or more years of national corporate recruiting experience, with expertise sourcing on LinkedIn.
  • Two or more years of sales recruiting.
  • Ability to effectively navigate within an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Attention to detail and uncompromised ethics.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to gain trust and respect of others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to solve problems independently
  • Energetic, motivated self-starter who takes initiative to get things done
  • Ability to travel for job-site visits, job-fairs, team meetings, trainings, and other events

Responsibilities
  • Proactively partnering with business sales leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
  • Providing recruitment and recruiting process management of hourly and exempt sales professionals.
  • Sourcing candidates through various sources to ensure a healthy pipeline to meet recruitment needs.
  • Supporting recruitment process by posting jobs and managing candidates within the Applicant Tracking System, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and filling positions.
  • Developing proactive sourcing plans and pipelines for open positions and future needs to positively impact time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality metrics.
  • Providing innovative solutions to fully maximize all available candidate sourcing channels including networking, diversity resources, social media, employee referral program, internal/external career fairs, etc.
  • Maintaining the highest standards to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience utilizing proactive communication techniques and strong execution of the recruitment process.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices throughout the hiring process
  • Providing recruiting market trend information to managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and EEO / ADA guidelines.
  • Performing other duties as required.
