POSITION OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities

✅ Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies across various industries.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, networking, and client meetings.
  • Present and promote Career Connections Canada’s recruitment services to decision-makers.

✅ Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies.
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate service agreements and pricing structures.

✅ Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide market feedback and contribute to sales strategy development.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
