Job Description This role is remote and a four to six-month contract at an AI start-up. As a GTM Recruiter, you'll be recruiting for positions like account executives. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the AI industry Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit Manage and optimize the candidate pipeline using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and key metrics Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in sales or tech industries Ability to use candidate funnel data and industry hiring trends to educate and advise hiring teams Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and be resourceful High level of attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a high standard Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Understanding of AI industry trends and the ability to effectively source candidates in this competitive market Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
