Stag Match is looking for an independent and team player Sales Recruiter to join our sales and recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for different positions for training and placement. You must be accustomed to working with various recruiters and professionals and have strong knowledge of how hiring and recruiting processes work. If you are enthusiastic about driving company growth and finding the talent, this will be a great opportunity for you.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in working in the 100% recruitment cycle
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter (preferably sales)
  • Bachelor is HR, Management, Business or related field
  • Proficient with social media recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Plan the company’s recruitment strategies concentrating on sales
  • Sourcing and recruiting unemployed to do placement and training for the candidates.
  • Determine hiring requirements
  • Conduct various candidate sourcing activities
  • Determine candidate screening strategies
  • Use recruitment tools and software during the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews after communicating with interviewers
  • Communicate with candidates to keep them informed
  • Track hiring and recruiting progress
