KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recruitment Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales recruitment.
  • Experience working through the full recruitment cycle.
  • Education & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, with a focus on sales positions.
  • Determine hiring requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Plan and execute candidate sourcing activities to attract qualified individuals.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
  • Source and recruit candidates for training and placement programs, specifically targeting unemployed individuals.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and software to streamline the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement candidate screening strategies to identify top talent.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Communication & Management:
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Track hiring and recruiting progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Placement & Training Support:
  • Facilitate the placement and training of successful candidates.
