We are currently supporting a client that is hiring for EMEA Sales Recruiters in Dublin, Ireland. Job Description As a Sales Recruiter on our International Recruiting team, you’ll directly impact our Client's growth trajectory by attracting and hiring top talent. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to focus on delivering on their respective headcount plan per month/quarter, work closely to understand upcoming attrition forecasts, and build a proactive talent pipeline and hiring plans to deliver on hiring demand. ● Experiment with new ways to optimize our processes to solve for the business while upholding excellent candidate experience ● You will be responsible for delivering great candidate experience while driving the interview process that evaluates candidates against our high bar for performance, future potential, and culture-add. ● Drive the candidate evaluation process end-to-end and manage delivery/ negotiations ● Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey by ensuring they feel supported and set up for success ● Identify unique, innovative ways to source top talent via social media, employer branding initiatives and networking ● Leverage data to make educated decisions in regards to recruiting process changes, and advise stakeholders ● Monitor, track and deliver against your individual KPIs ● Adhere to our hiring best practices and recruiting workflow, however, do not hesitate to make suggestions for process efficiencies Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting with prior experience in sales / high-volume recruiting Experience recruiting for EMEA Ability to use candidate funnel data and industry hiring trends to educate and advise hiring teams Work autonomously and be resourceful High level of attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a high standard Critical thinking ability and have good sense of urgency A team player who believes in collaboration and winning as a team
